Those who do not want to imitate anything, produce nothing. Salvador Dali.
The world around us shines with creativity. Danyel Degenhardt’s art attempts to tap into that ingenuity and create unique pieces of art. His artwork usually involves multiple, sometimes complex steps to create an end product that is simple, yet elegant. Danyel’s desire; discover dazzling designs daily.
Danyel Degenhardt was born in Canada with a poet and artist for a mother, and a woodworker and chef for a father. He has lived across Canada from the jagged Rockies to the rugged east coast. While attending his Master’s of Physiotherapy, he met Ashley Corrick, who would later become his wife on August 2nd, 2014. Danyel and Ashley wanted to push their limits and start their lives together with an adventure. In April 2015 they achieved their goal of moving to Ohope, New Zealand with their two cats and a dog, and they couldn’t be more excited. Danyel currently works as a physiotherapist, with his spare time exploring the beautiful country and experimenting with art.
